I went to bed about half an hour early last night (9:15ish) and read til I fell asleep again. Slept well. Got up once to pee. Seem to wake up every night about 1am to pee and then I sleep through the rest of the night. I was sound asleep when my alarm went off and did not want to get up. Hit snooze twice. I feel a little tired today but I don’t know why. Did not have nightmares.
