Saturday, December 18th, 2010. I went to bed early last night, around 9pm, and read til I fell asleep. I woke up at 11 to pee and went right back to sleep. Slept til 4am and got up to pee. Jesse came to bed from the couch then. I couldn't fall back asleep. My lower back felt uncomfortable so I put the pillows under my knees but then I kept thinking it would be more comfortable to go lay on the couch. After half an hour I finally got up and went to the couch. It took me probably another half an hour to get comfortable and fall back asleep on the couch. I slept til 8:30am then. I probably was just ready to get up at 4am since I had already slept for 7 hours, but I wasn't about to get up at 4am. Plus I had been waiting all we to be able to lay in bed in the morning and be all cozy. Also, I knew if I got up at 4am I wouldn't make it very long during the day. Nothing about sleep conditions or medications was different last night.
