Thursday 12/16/10

Same sleep conditions as other nights. Was still sound asleep when my alarm went off at 5:50am and felt tired, but I think this was due to my work out last night. I got enough sleep and felt fine once I got up. I did have nightmares about my sister and also about Mitch Piper having a heart attack.
