Fell asleep reading last night. Same meds, pillows, blankets, pjs, & humidifier. I turned the heat up to 63 when I went to bed because I was cold but when I woke up to pee around 1am I was too hot. Went to turn the heat down to 62 and saw that the current temp was 64. Had a little trouble falling back asleep because I was too hot but did fall back asleep. I think I was awake for 20 minutes or so. No nightmares that I remember. Was still sleeping when my alarm when off at 5:50am. Hit snooze once but didn’t fall back asleep and got up before alarm went off again.
